PROFILE
We focus on producing experimental works and feature-length films in Lebanon and beyond.
Our latest production is Byblos Stories, a 6 hour documentary entirely shot in the World Heritage Site of Byblos, Lebanon. The documentary was commissioned by the Lebanese Directorate General of Antiquities and RMO Dutch National Museum of Antiquities in Leiden where it premiered in October 2022 within an exhibition dedicated to the archaeological site of Byblos.
In 2016, our feature film Tramontane premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, Critics’ Week in 2016, where it won the Grand Rail d’Or Audience Award. It subsequently screened at over a hundred festivals worldwide and awarded numerous prizes. To read critical essays and reviews of the film, please refer to the press page.
Between 2000-2005 we produced content for news programs focusing on the Middle East. Early independent works include experimental documentaries, short films, and video installations.
